Exchange policy

Exchanges
Our policy lasts 5 days. This means, after the item has been successfully delivered, you have 5 days to return said merchandise. Item must be postmarked within the 5 day timeframe. If the item is returned after the 5 days allotted, no exchanges will be allowed. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing items.

- Bodysuits and undergarments  

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.


Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: P.O. Box 387, Baytown TX 77522, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
